F90 M5 / M8 front rotors — 395 × 36 mm, sold as a pair.
395 mm is the largest front disc in the range, and it is on the heaviest car. An F90 M5 or an M8 arrives at a corner with more mass to shed than anything else we make rotors for, and all of it goes through the front axle. Heat management here is not a track-day nicety — it is what stops the disc going off on a fast road.
G3500 high-carbon ring at 395 × 36 mm, 34.0 mm minimum, 63 mm total height on a 67 mm bore, 5 bolt holes. 6061-T6 aluminium hat, stainless floating hardware.
One number settles it: 395 mm across the face. Nothing else in the BMW range uses this diameter, so if you measure 395 you have the right part; if you measure 380 you are looking at a G80 or G82 front disc, 15 mm smaller and the same 36 mm thick.

▸ Fixed or full-floating — which one?
On a car this heavy we recommend Full-floating by default: the ring needs to grow without loading the hat bolts. Fixed is available and is fine for pure road use.
▸ Pads, bedding and ring replacement
Big discs need a pad that can take heat without crumbling at the edge. Bed in gently and let the disc cool fully before the first hard stop.
