About ZORVANT

We are the factory behind the box.

ZORVANT is a brake rotor manufacturer in Guangrao County, Shandong — the part of China that supplies castings to most of the world's brake brands. We started here because that is where the foundries, the machining shops and the people who know this part are. We make one thing: two-piece floating rotors, for workshops, distributors and brands that put their own name on the box.

01

Slotting

Slotting is where a factory shows its habits: how the fixture is set, how the first part is checked, whether the operator stops when the pattern drifts. Ours cut after the faces are turned, on the same setup, and the first ring of every batch is measured before the run continues.

02

Making the hat

The hat is turned from 6061-T6 billet by people who have been doing it for years, not by a machine left alone. Height, bore and bolt circle are checked before the ring goes on — because a hat that is two tenths out is a rotor that comes back.

03

The finished rotor

Every rotor leaves through the same bench: bolts torqued, balance corrected, runout and thickness variation measured, coating applied, then packed as a handed pair. Nothing ships because the schedule says so. It ships because it passed.

The plant

Casting, heat treatment, machining, assembly and inspection in one place. Rings are stress-relieved at 650 °C for 24 hours before they are cut, so the disc stays flat after it is on the car.

The people

Machinists, assembly hands and inspectors who have spent their working lives on brake parts. Quotes and technical questions are answered in English by the same people who talk to the shop floor.

The rules

We do not quote a rotor we cannot confirm. We do not ship one outside tolerance. And we do not promise a date we cannot hold — a late answer is better than a missed shipment.

Working with us

Some customers come with a drawing and need it made properly. Others come with a vehicle and an OE number and need us to work out what fits. Both are normal here, and both start the same way: we look at the part before we talk about price.

OEM and ODM work is welcome. Smaller batches run on existing tooling; a new diameter or a different hat means a new pattern and a longer first lead time, and we say so at the quoting stage rather than halfway through the order.

  • Your brand on the hat, the carton, or both
  • Existing tooling for common diameters, new tooling for anything else
  • One English-speaking contact from quote to shipment
  • Inspection values for your batch, on request

If you are placing a real order, we will show you the line on a video call — machining, assembly, inspection — and answer the questions a catalogue cannot.
