Shopping and shipping
How an order runs
We build to order, so nothing is charged at checkout. The sequence is always the same: you send the vehicle or OE number, we confirm the rotor and quote price and freight, you approve the invoice, we build and dispatch.
1. The steps
The quote is free and does not commit you to anything. If the rotor we have does not fit, we say so before an invoice exists.
2. Lead time
| Standard diameter, standard build | 15–25 working days |
| Custom diameter, thickness, PCD or finish | 30–45 working days |
| Batch orders and OEM/ODM | Quoted per project |
Working days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays. Chinese New Year adds two to three weeks to anything scheduled in January or February — if the date matters, tell us when you ask for the quote and we will quote against it.
3. Freight
Brake rotors are heavy and discrete, so freight is quoted per order rather than at checkout. Small quantities and urgent builds usually go by air; full pallets go by sea. We quote the cheapest viable option for your destination and list it on the invoice as a separate line, so you can see exactly what the freight costs before you approve.
4. Duties and taxes
Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the invoice unless agreed. We can ship DDP (delivered duty paid) on request — say so at the quoting stage and we will build the duty into the invoice instead of leaving it to the courier.
5. Packaging
Rotors are supplied as a handed pair, marked L and R on the carton and on each hat. Friction faces never touch each other or the carton: foam corners and individual boxes keep the Geomet coating intact in transit.
6. Tracking
A tracking number goes out by email as soon as the shipment leaves the factory. For sea freight we also send the bill of lading copy so your broker can start clearance before the vessel arrives.
7. Payment
Payment is by invoice, not through the website: T/T to our company account, or PayPal for smaller orders. The invoice carries the full amount including freight, and production starts when it clears. Nothing is charged when you submit a quote request.
8. Damage in transit
Photograph the carton before opening if it is damaged, and photograph the rotor before it is fitted. Report within 7 days of delivery — a claim is straightforward before the part is mounted and almost impossible to prove afterwards.
Tell us the destination port or postcode and the quantity. We reply with the rotor confirmation, price and freight in one email.
