SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard rotors: 【15–25】 working days.
Custom builds: 【30–45】 working days.
Production time starts when the order is confirmed and payment terms are agreed.

FREIGHT
Freight is calculated per order and confirmed on the formal invoice. Brake rotors are heavy, discrete items; we quote air or sea freight depending on quantity, destination and urgency.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, VAT and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP has been agreed in writing. We will state the trade term (FOB, CIF or DDP) on the invoice.

PACKAGING
Rotors are wrapped in anti-rust film, boxed individually and packed with foam corner protection. Palletised shipments are strapped and shrink-wrapped.

TRACKING
A tracking number is sent by email when the shipment leaves our warehouse. For sea freight, a copy of the bill of lading is sent as soon as it is issued.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Report any visible damage within 【48】 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the part. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed.
