WARRANTY

ZORVANT two-piece brake rotors are covered for 24 months from delivery against material and manufacturing defects, including:
• Cracking not caused by use or installation
• Runout outside specification
• Balance outside specification

NOT COVERED
• Track, competition or off-road use
• Wear beyond the minimum thickness marked on the rotor
• Impact damage, kerb strikes or accident damage
• Incorrect installation, wrong torque, or re-used worn pads
• Damage from solvents, degreasers or improper cleaning

RETURNS

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with return freight paid by the customer. Made-to-order rotors — custom diameter, thickness, bolt pattern or finish — cannot be cancelled once production has started. If we shipped the wrong part, we cover return freight and send the correct one at our cost.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email sales@zorvant.com with your order number, vehicle details and photos of the rotor (both faces and the edge). We respond with a resolution — replacement, credit or return — within 3 business days.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the part. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed.
